HikeStrong helps hikers and trekkers train for outdoor adventures by generating training plans, tracking workouts, and supporting community interaction.

If you participate in a trip group associated with a tour operator or guide, the operator may see aggregated group-level readiness or participation insights related to that trip.

Tour operators do not receive individual users’ personal training data or fitness metrics unless a user voluntarily shares such information through posts, comments, or other visible activity within the group.
