But getting ready for one hike is just the beginning—HikeStrong is designed to keep you progressing so you can stay trail-ready year-round and continue taking on new challenges.

Yes. You can train for a specific hike, trek, or tour itinerary based on the actual distance and elevation gain of your goal. Or, if you don’t have a specific trip planned, you can follow a general hiking fitness plan to build and maintain your strength, endurance, and climbing ability year-round.
